Has anyone sent in a comment form to NCEES on ambiguous questions or poor testing conditions? I just sent in one on a vague question in the electrical PM power section.

I sent one yesterday regarding an ambiguous question on the Mech Systems and Materials depth module.

How do you do you send a comment form? I also took the electrical PM power section. I did very good in the morning session but the PM session just killed me. I think I had to guess on 5-7 questions because I just did not understand what they were looking for and/or the question was vague. I was actually planning to open a tread and ask how everyone else felt about the afternoon power module.

Go to the ncees.org home page. Top of the news in the middle of the page is the examinee comment form.

I did have a question on the EE PE that I thought was a bad question - I forgot about it after the second pitcher of Bass though....

I do recall feeling that a question or two on the PM Power was bad.

Not sure if it was because the question content was vague and outside the applicable knowledge of power engineering.

Or if it was because I just didn't know the <expletive> answer. :brickwall:

I think I learned more about why many people repeat the exam than I did about how this exam is a true measure of one's power engineering knowledge.

But it is, what it is. NCEES will determine if any of the questions are bad or unfair. I'm not sure what I would challenge (specifically) about any one question in particular, cause I too, forgot the specifics following post-exam cocktails.
