Architectural / Engineering Due Diligence Department Managers
Terracon’s PCA - Financial Due Diligence Services Group has professionals who provide building / construction evaluation consulting services to the Real Estate and Financial industries nationwide. We are continuously seeking high quality individuals to join our team of professionals. We currently have full-time openings in locations throughout the United States. A valid drivers license is required, willingness to travel, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong computer literacy (MS Word and Excel skills are a must).
Terracon has a need for Architectural / Engineering Due Diligence Department Managers to help manage and direct our consulting services teams in several key locations. These open positions are in: Portland, OR, Orange County, CA, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, and Orlando, FL. Candidates must be Licensed Professional with a Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field along with 10+ years due diligence / property condition assessment related work experience. Candidates must have a high level of personal motivation and proven history of great client relationships and ability to manage staff members. Prefer experience in structural, mechanical and architectural systems analysis, design, construction administration and failure investigations of materials and installations.
