As the original post is from 2012, the material may not be available. However, I have the DVDs and am willing to sell them to another test taker. Please let me know if you are interested.

I can sell you the book that I bough with the DVDs. I don't have pdf files, just the original DVDs and the book. I don't have any practice exams for surveying that I can sell. The book has highlighting and some writings in it. I did those while I was studying. They are not extensive though.
