I picked up my land surveyor license this spring... so time for a new frame! Still waiting for the certificate to put into the frame.

Correct - California'a certificate is standard letter size (8.5x11) so the floating frame is about 10x12.5 (giving about 3/4" around the certificate. I can certainly go smaller if you prefer!
