The role
As a Systems or Software Engineer you get an immersive, hands-on experience in a fast-paced engineering department working on project-focused, global teams for the latest airliners and corporate jets. You will get first class training and support from some of the most respected and highly qualified professionals in their field.
What you'll do
As part of our team of talented engineers in either our Derby or Birmingham office, you'll hit the ground running and start delivering cutting-edge, safety critical technology to highly demanding customers worldwide. You could also be involved in helping to develop the next generation of sustainable engine technologies. You'll learn from, and be supported by the best in the business, gain practical experience and develop valuable skills. And, as you develop, you'll test your experience on increasingly complex challenges. From this foundation, you may choose to become a specialist, or to further develop your leadership skills.
Qualifications
What you need
We're looking for people who'll be happy to share their ideas about how we can do things even better, so we'll want to see great communication skills and a passion for innovation. Technical knowledge and abilities are a must, so you'll need a B.Eng or B.Sc in such disciplines as Information Technology, Aerospace & Aerothermal Engineering, Engineering, Software Engineering, System Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Maths, Physics, and Control Systems. You also need a flexible attitude and lots of initiative.
