I've been going through the Lindeburg practice problems and I came across a problem that I don't know know to solve (or even which reference to use to help me figure it out). Here's the problem:
A given prozzolan contains approximately 20% calcium oxide and less than 2% carbon, and has a 0.5% loss on ignition. This material is most likely to be
a) slag
b) class C flyash
c) class F flyash
d) silica fume
Correct answer is: b
