Position Title = Chief Chemical Process Engineer
Education Required = BS or MS Chemical Engineering
Experience Required = 15 years minimum
Position Description = Major engineering company is seeking a Chief Chemical Process Engineer
with a broad background in design and revamp of Refining Processes (Crude, Vacuum, Delayed Coking, Visbreaking, SDA, Hydro processing, FCC).
Duties include process simulation, heat and material balance development, equipment sizing, PFD and P&ID
development, relief load calculations, instrument specifications for studies, front-end design packages and detailed
engineering projects.
Representative projects would include technology development, planning, design, revamp, start-up, training and/or
troubleshooting associated with the following processes:
Crude Distillation Delayed Coking Solvent Deasphalting
Visbreaking FCCU Light Ends Distillation
Hydrotreating Hydrocracking Hydrogen / SMR
Amine Regeneration Sour Water Stripping Sulfur Recovery
Gasification Refinery Integration Utilities
Petrochemicals LNG
Job Location = Houston, Texas or Clinton, New Jersey
Permanent full time position with benefits
$160-180K
Signing bonus in lieu of relocation assistance will be provided
