Changing states for the upcoming EIT exam?

I am awaiting the result from the exam I took in October of this year.

Soon will be moving to another state (Pennsylvania). Kind of far from the place where I live now.

Is it possible to re-apply to Pennsylvania board for exam in April in case if I fail?
