This has been brought up by me and others before. But since I just received my latest Pocket Certificate and got

So who's the wise a. over their at dca with the sick, twisted, disturbed, demented sense of humor who thought it would be funny to make the Pocket Certificates 5% bigger than standard wallet size???!! Thanks a lot buddy!
