All materials are the newest editions available from AEI and are updated for 2021 IBC & 2022 CBC. I purchased these for $525, but will sell the entire bundle for $170 including shipping. This is cheaper than anywhere I could find online.

Note, the only references I brought to the exam were the textbook and cheat sheets. I passed on my first attempt.
