I have used these and they are pretty good for about three years of use.  The listing of free classes is far more stagnant that I ever expected it would be, and some of the topics cannot be learned in only one hour's time unless the enrollee already has a back-ground in the subject.  After acquiring 15 PDH's in three years worth of webinars there isn't much left to select from.

But they are free!
