Our metro has 20 rows.  two seats on each side so about 80 seats and a small middle aisle

having a hard time visualizing this? we have two seats on each side - that's it.

Yes and No.  Depends on what you like.  

Great NightLife, Restaurants, Sports, music, no state income taxes, nice museums;  but traffic, crime, and housing prices are about to make it unbearable.

we're less than 100 away.

They seem to have added more buses, but mostly non peak times.  The metro just can't fight through traffic quick enough to arrive regularly during peak hours.

"_" is the aisle between rows

"p p_p p" could also be a row depending on context.
