I only order oysters on a half shell from the gulf when I go to Louisiana.

Can get drunk pretty quickly eating crawfish, because you don't want to eat anything else.

They are definitely not filling, but goes well with beer.

you have to, French area is nice and things are prices reasonably..

There are some amazing food in any of the cities along the coast in Louisiana.

Lafayette, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, etc.
