So now what do we do? Do they just mail us our number or do we send in another form?

No idea, what we have to do next. I thought they will send us letter with our license number and certificate.

I just talked to somebody at the Licensing Department. They're reviewing the applications and they'll let us know if anything is missing. The guy I spoke to said this should probably take 2-4 weeks. They mail out the licenses but your name should be listed on the license verification website before you receive anything in the mail.
