Ampacity combined with termination Temprs

What is the probability of a question on Ampacity of conductors mixed with temperatures of terminations  Article 110.14. Just wanted to avoid to learn the ifs and buts written there. If it really matters, can someone give a simple language version of Art 110 applicability.

Article 110 is basically rules for installing electrical equipment. I use it a lot in my field when designing. I think as long as you index it, then it will be easy to flip to when asked about installations.
