AASHTOware - any of you DOT folks use it?

I'm trying to get the latest methods of load rating a reinforced concrete box culvert (and specifically for the state of MI).  Michigan DOT uses AASHTOware.  I'd like to know the specifics of the calculations it's using.

Anyone got a user's manual that they can send me a copy of?
