Good point. Having to teach facility managers about the actual risks to their operations due to their poor (aka non-existent) cybersecurity protections tends to bring out the snark. Teaching IT cyber guys to respect things like life, safety, and 99.999% availability standards also brings out a lot of snark.
Getting the two communities to actually talk to each other... still haven't solved that one.
