If it's an image already on the internet, you need to insert the direct image link in between

tags, and also make sure the hyperlink is broken.

If you just have a file to upload, you will have to go to the "more relply options" and in there is a place to attach files. Remember, there is a limited amount of file space for each of us (even I only have 4mb), so upload wisely. I recommend using a photo-hosting website like www.photobucket.com to host the photo, and you only have to link it.
