Well, telling them that their rebar placement doesn't match the design drawings an hour before the concrete truck arrives is never a good thing; even worse is the EOR is from another state AND on vacation to give the direction on how to fix.

The contractor has been able to get a response on how to resolve the issue and the mud is currently flowing; all 115+ yards of it.
