how to study for Closed Book PE exam?

It will be just like CBT FE-Civil all over again!!

I don't think it's closed book...I just think they consolidate and provide you with a electronic reference manual to use. Which, I believe you can access during your preparation to get familiar with the resource. I didn't take a CBT so I cannot say that with any certainty.

I took CBT F.E. - Civil Exam total of 6 time, and Paper & Pencil exam 1 time, which was last ever paper and pencil version offered in October / 2013.

so, I know CBT F.E. - Civil Exam too darn well.

I have already downloaded CBT PE-Civil reference handbook version 1.0

They will give you the codes that are listed on the spec as searchable PDF’s. Steel Manual, ACI, etc.
