I agree...I'd love to know which ones I got right/wrong - maybe not all of them, but the few that I keep wondering about. But as I read somewhere else, if you're on the stand as an expert witness the opposing attorney would do anything to belittle you and make you look incompetent. And that could easily be done if you missed any question on the exam that justifies making you an expert in your field of engineering (i.e. “so Mr. PE, you made the minimum passing score, but as it relates to this case you only got 2 questions right).
Experience is gold but any hole a lawyer can find they’ll take a pin hole and force a boulder through it…I’ve seen it happen.
