I'm with you on this, if you look at the PCS states in alphabetical order (CT, DE, MD, MA, NJ, PA, PR, VA, WI) they went out of order as is, NJ and Delaware both have their results already and no can get anything out of CT.

it looks like the places that have released the scores on the PCS site have a link to the document titles "Score Verification Request Form" VA and WI do not have those listed. Also, where are you seeing these Pass/Fail things on the PCS site?
