I think you're confusing company PROFITS with government taxes. I don't care if the government get's any more than they do now. I wish companies would find more ways to keep thier earnings and use that money to pay higher salaries, put money into improving thier product, or just spending it all...

I get the feeling that he believes the problem we have in this country is not enough people trained to do certain jobs...when the reality is now we have too many people trained to do certain jobs, he's got it backwards. Companies aren't hiring because no one is available, they're not hiring...

The "Work" experience means squat to an employer. I'm not meaning that there's no value to it, but there's no market for someone trying to be an engineer that has "experience". You may be able to find a great paying job (I always was), but the bottom line is to get to where you want to be...

The PROFITS still go overseas though, so when you buy a Honda for instance, you may have purchased a car that was put together here, but the bottom line dollar heads to Japan. It's still worth buying American in my opinion.

I think some boys are actually getting nerdier than the past! Computer and video games are keeping the nerds from getting some from the "Juicy" girls.

The solution isn't to leave the area alone, that will just force them to move into another area. At least now, they're in an area that doesn't include the coast of NC, but it could some day.

I learned a LONG time ago that I didn't have anything in common with the ones that select for these awards, so I don't follow it at all. I did have to endure about 5 minutes of news covering this event, and I'll never get that time back! :mf_grenade:

You know....I actually have spent almost a year looking for the perfect boat. I wanted a center console boat because of the extra floor space for everyone to get on it to fish, but I have now realized the downside to this, there's NO WHERE to hide behind in the cooler times you're out on the...

Mine's closer to the "Original contract" boat! That IS a good theme though, I like the direction!
