Unless you're planning on moving out of CA, get the CBC. If you want to get the IBC, you only need Vol. 1.

I am on the database as well and have a license number. However, my expiration date is June 30, 2009...which seems really early. Does anyone else have an expiration date after ~6 months? Is the cynic in me right in thinking this is just a ploy to get more cash when I have to renew? OK, after...

Does anyone know when we'll get our scores? I assume it'll be on the letter w/ the PE registration number? Is there a score for the Principles & Practice exam b/c the PELS site has it as a Pass/Fail test (ie no cut score)?

I passed the CA Civil PE exam on my first attempt and was wondering if there's anyway to tell how many people passed all 3 modules in Oct. '08? Statistically, it would have to be less than 755... http://www.pels.ca.gov/applicants/oct08stats.shtml

WHOOO HOOOOOO!!!! I PASSED!!!!!!!!!!! :party-smiley-048: Got the letter yesterday and developed a serious case of trepidation for 5 mins until I mustered the cajones to open it up. Oh man, I soooooo glad I don't have to study for that again! :th_rockon:

Thanks BC... Yeah, I know I need to work on the stoichiometry problems. The calculations are always fairly straight-forward (g/mole, mg/l, etc.) but it's starting the solution off with the correct chemical equation is what I find difficult. I'm gonna have to work on that this week.
