PPI "Comprehensive Reference Manaul"

Maybe i'm seeing or doing something wrong, but I feel like the PPI "Comprehensive Transportation Depth Reference Manual" is garbage. What are your takes on it?

Well all the references used in that book, according to the PPI website, are out dated.

Yes, None of the references are up to date (not even close). And the material doesn't even cover half of the afternoon portion of the exam! So much for being comprehensive. Wish I didnt buy it. ughh
