I don't think it is either one. The state has a contract with Continental Testing Services for all examination services.

As you have probably seen from others on this board, the FE is a tough nut. The key is taking the time to study. I like to do problems, because doing lots of problems helps me understand the underlying nature of the theory. Others like to mind wrestle with the theory directly. Whatever your style, put in the hours, quality hours, and succede in April!
