Hello. I am wondering if I can make a homemade car that can seat 3 people weighing up to 150 ib for under $100 dollars.If so,what motor do I use and how do I steer it.THanks

No need to make, it already exists.

I say "yes," it can be done. You can use any motor you want. Just make sure the car is always facing down hill.
