Headhunters for Civil PE

Have any of you used a headhunter to get a job.

Please PM some good ones, struck out with one today, she didn't really impress me.

Please give me any advice for using one.

I am a Civil PE with design, regulatory and construction experience looking to move from NC to a variety of areas all approx 4 hours from Jersey Shore, Martinsburg, :wv: , Hagerstown, MD, Harrisburg, PA, Binghamton, NY, Albany, NY, Springfield, MA
