Does anyone have a word copy of the PCS PE application? Looks like I have to fill out a whole new application if I want to take the SEI, despite having done that once, been approved and taken the test (failed). They allow you to switch to civil which I did, and passed. But in order to take the SEI again, its a whole new application.
