Note: Dont buy or use anything designed in June or December. It was probably done by some unproductive engineer waiting on results and quickly rushed to finish the project on the last minute.

Ah, now I know why our results are so late, the people at NCEES are waiting for someone to finish a project , they are spending all of their time on their boards.
