Yeah right. A failing score over 70%? How will they analyze the fairness of new questions if there's a set cut score? Then results would be out almost immediately. I call BS

My NCEES source says if they didn't like your face, they made a note of it and will fail you!

If the pass rate for the previous exam (October 2016) was low for a given discipline, does that mean the cut score would have been higher or lower than average?  Thoughts?
