TBPELS (TX) PE Application - Timeline

Did anyone apply for a TX PE recently? I applied in mid-December after getting a passing score from NCEES. My application is still in Administrative Review. Is this normal with TBPELS? I tried emailing my assigned reviewer and all I am getting is a general response stating that it will be reviewed in the order of receipt and assignment. They also mentioned that the application will be reviewed in 8 weeks from the date of receipt. It's been 9 weeks already and no update.

I found out I passed Jan. 2 or 3, and completed application on Jan. 11. They got to my review Feb. 16, though it completed admin review on the 20th because one of my references didn't send one their copy of the SER. But I'm in technical review now. So yeah, seems like it should've been reviewed by now.
