Does anybody know of a good reference for earthquake engineering on the geotech depth? There's only two questions in the afternoon on that topic so I'm wondering if it's even worth studying or if I should spend my time studying the other topics.

I don't know of a good reference, but there are a few key concepts in the 6-minute solutions (PM section) that I would make sure to know. Those two points could make all the difference.

Thanks. I guess I'll rearrange my study schedule.

There are a maximum of three questions related to earthquake engineering in the PE exam. In my opinion, you can do without them as long as you are pretty confident with the other topics. Also, the earthquake related questions are not really that tough so you would be able to solve them with a little practice out of six minute solutions, CERM, and NCEES practice questions. All the best!!
