I am looking for a good pump design spreadsheet that can do head cal., efficiency etc, for pump selection. Can anyone can help me for that?

Check pump manufacturers websites. I know a few of them have design programs they give away for free.

I have used www.hydromatic.com before. They have software you can download. I don't do a lot of pump design but you can check it out and see if it is what you need.

hmm... I am not so sure on fire pumps...
