New GM CEO is an Engineer

Good to see an engineer made CEO of GM. Will be interesting to see if she keeps their recovery on track.

My company historically has had engineer CEOs until the last one was appointed. Things have changed a lot since then and it is not clear where this new direction will take us.

I think she was a good choice. I like Ruess where he is now, too. I think they'll do good things together.
