Any pm who has taken the test .... Where the Mechanics of materials questions presented similar to the determinate and indeterminate analysis questions, or were they straight forward?

 
They should have both determinate and indeterminate structures on the test. By straightforward if you mean you can pull the answer from the table in your AISC manual then the answer is no.

Otherwise, could you expand what you would consider to be straightforward :)

Structural PM by no stretch of the imagination is an easy test, but if you've been working problems out of the Study guide, the practice exams, and the 6 minute solutions you should be well prepared by now (since i think the later two of those guides are more difficult than the actual test).
