Arkansas, 12/13/12, posted word document on their site late in the afternoon showing all whom passed. no email and ncees still shows results not yet available

I realize I've become an unreliable character witness with my mixup, but IN really did post this morning. Heard from two that passed there now.

No big deal...you were just trying to share information you thought was correct. CTS still hasn't released IL results!

IL is just pass/fail on CTS's site. I didn't get a score in the mail either for the FE when I passed it.
