the site has been up. maybe you need to clean out your cache. I thought I was blocked from my personal email until someone showed me how to clean out the old files.

How do you clear the cache? I was able to get in once this week after rebooting, then I can't get in again at work. I can't get to another information board now either.

on explorer, open "tools"

then "internet options"

general tab

settings

view files

select all

delete selected

you may have 10 thousand cookies in there

then delete files

check the offline content too

finally clear history.

you may need to go through this every time you log on, or just once in a while.
