No need to change the theory. It's all about statistics. And this is one of the rare instances that falls outside the normal distribution that is typically recorded. However, your diligence in reporting this anomaly occurrence is appreciated. Thank you (both). :thumbs:

Results have been known to be released outside RBO. But realistically I don't think its gonna happen for you today.

I saw that...and no kidding... it did freak me out. 

and Yes, I got the survey in 2 days after taking the exam, but I passed as well
