Hopefully NCEES is getting work done today. And for my case in Illinois... Continental Testing Services.

Yeah, my husband is an engineer also. (working at a competeing firm) He gets a half day off today too! I only get tomorrow off.

Luckily we do different things. My firm doesn't provide the service that he personally does, so its not like the two of us are in direct competition.

My boss has friends at his company too...so it kind of works out.

He actually got his P.E. this time last year. (that's why I registered back in '09)
