Hello,

Can anybody point me to the page numbers in the NCEES FE Exam reference manual for the above mentioned formulae. And also where were the electronegativities for individual elements of the periodic table (atleast few compounds).

Any answers would be appreciated.

Those two things, while given in some review books such as Lindeberg's FERM, are not listed in the current (8th) edition of the FE Reference Handbook, So I don't think they will expect you to know them. The only thing about BP elevation and FP lowering is the qualitative statement in the Chemistry section.
