IL board said ncees is looking at fall of 2013 to start computer based FE testing, 4 offerings per year.

I could not find the computer based FE testing in IL.

I think you got confused with online application.

I am not confused. You have to actually READ the minutes from the board meetings. They are on the main page...and as i said it isn't until 2013 at the earliest. IL doens't offer it now.
