Civil PE review in California

Any one here has taken a review course for the Civil PE in california? One of my friends is looking into taking one, but we don't find anything beyond "the other board's" review class. I had taken School of PE course and really liked it, but it is not offered in Cal. Any direction will be greatly appreciate.

Irvine Institute, ASCE are both good. Where are you in CA?

It's for a friend in Sacramento. Is Irvine Institute course online? I was searching for it, and it appeared expensive to me. I did not hear great reviews for ASCE course. ASCE is online too right?

A co-worker recommended me the ASCE YMF PE review course but did not provide details. I have not decided what to do. Hope it helps.
