Chartered Engineer, MIStructE since 2013, Now trying to get PE in California

Hi all, I have questions regarding the 2 years qualifying experience for PE exam in California. Since I am a Chartered Engineer with MIStructE (UK) and practiced structural engineering and construction works (post chartered) in Hong Kong for 10 years, how would the Board view my previous experience toward my PE application?

Note: I already have my EIT since 2009.

Any insight or suggestion is much appreciated.
