Has anyone been studying from the ACI 347-04 SP-4, 7th Edition Guide to Formwork for Concrete book? I know it NCEES states that it is a recommended book to have but IS IT USEFUL? From what I have read in other threads, is that there is a portion of ACI 318 within the the ACI 347. Just trying to figure out what is best. Any info is much appreciated.

ACI 347-04 is probably necessary since the equations in CERM for concrete pressure on forms in not current. There is a diffenent set with some table that you may need. i continue to say that ACI 318 is worthless unless you have lots of money to spend, can get it free or work with it on a regular basis. It is nearly impossible to find anything unless you are well versed. Alot of 318 is covered in CERM.

It's quite handy and that's all I can say. I wish I had it on test day hint, hint.
