Just got off the phone with the state board. They have received the results and should be sending letters out to us shortly. From there we can start getting the ball rolling to obtain our licenses!

I would think in this day and age it would take 1 day to complete the process. Maybe that person is overloaded with other work to do. Either that or he/she is an extremely slow typer. Database management isn't that difficult and is supposed to make things more quick/efficient if used...

Why do you say this? Do you actually think you did so poorly that you can confidently say you failed before receiving the results?

If you're making O-4, shouldn't you be buying? At least I know in the Navy they have "wetting downs", I'm not sure if the other branches have anything similar.

As of now, the pass rates for the civil look EXACTLY the same as the pass rates for the April '07 exam.

Well I recommend the civil specific since that's what I took. The civil specific is easier to study for since it isn't as broad as the general. Plus you should already be fairly comfortable with it since it's your discipline. It's already difficult to study for the general AM portion much...

There's even worse! In Texas, if you're a professor at any of the universities, you don't need to take the PE exam to get your license! Now I'm not sure if they're still doing that, but last I heard they are.

I didn't take the Testmasters course, but I was able to obtain the Testmasters notes from a friend. The notes and practice problems they provide are GOLD. I studied using their notes/problems and passed the exam on my first try. Of course I still had to study using the standard CERM material...
