2000 Highway Capacity Manual has an equation (16-2) on page 16-5 for the minimum green time for pedestrians at a signalized intersection (see attached). Is this equation in one of the 2010 HCM manuals? I can't seem to find it. Has it been replaced by another equation? Thanks for the assistance.
