HCM 2010 - Exhibit 14-17

I believe I downloaded all of the Errata for the 2010 HCM but I think there is another one on Exhibit 14-17. Can someone please let me know if I am crazy or not.

HCM 2010, Page 14-22, Exhibit 14-7. The Value for LOS 'A' and FFS of '45mph' is '290' in my table. Shouldn't it be '490'?

JMT, Good catch. I agree with you. Look at Exh 14-5 (pg 14-5) which is basically a graphical representation of Exh 14-17 (pg 14-22). You can see that LOS A at speed = 45mi/h correlates to Flow Rate ~500 pc/h/ln. It appears that Exh 14-5 and Exh 14-7 agree otherwise.
