First, I applaude your efforts all around, and your contributions to the US. I would look into FREE review courses provided by the military for the PE-- there seems to me that there has to be something out there available to you. However, for minimal "bang for your buck" I recommend Schaum's...

I think this time around they enter licenses AFTER we get our grades. Those who passed won't get their license number for a month or so I think.

Did you ask if they would be finished today? o.O

"Exam results/diagnostics not yet available" --> Incorrect "We have your exam results/diagnostics, and since we've already released statistics we know they won't change, but you can't see them until NYS logs in and presses the 'Validate' button." --> Correct

Yea, Thursday, February 17th -- the day before the last day to register for April exams. We KNOW they won't screw themselves out of more of our money if we failed and need to retake.

I failed... to receive results again.
