There are few chapters in begining of the CERM and also in the practice book by Michael Lindeburg. Do they ask those math questions in the PE Exam?

Please help as i am confused if i need to prepare for those.

no math questions in the pe exam, but most of the problems require basic math skills to be solved

Yes, the math section is only to give you a background in case you don't remember your calculus. There might be a question on engineering economics though (which is in the back of the CERM).

I find that chapter to be more difficult than all of the Math Chapters
